This week in English, the students will be getting acquainted with their teammates and team procedures as well as class procedures on Friday.
There will be a handbook quiz on Friday in homeroom, and all signed forms are due on that day also.

Monday: Tuesday:
Wednesday: Today in class, we went over both the Wilson's Creek and district handbooks. All student forms are to be signed and returned to the homeroom teacher.
Thursday: Today students took part in team problem solving activities. They discussed traits for an effective 6th grade student, and then they created posters to depict those particular traits. Tomorrow students are to bring their binder, dividers, and composition book to class.
Friday: Today in class, the students set up their English binders. These will be used as their portfolio for the entire year's assignments and projects. We did not have time to go over the syllabus today, therefore, we will do that on Monday.
