There will be a test over story elements and the plot stages this Tuesday.We will spend time in class reviewing and completing analysis posters on Monday.For those who choose to stay, there will be an extra study session to prepare for the test this Monday after school from 3:30 – 4:00.
The rest of the week will be spent focusing on our Independent Reading Structure in class.
What is Happening:
Monday: The students finished their Plot Diagram Poster for "The School Play" in class today. The test over story elements and plot stages is tomorrow.Tuesday:The students took the test over story elements and plot stages today. They were also given back their first graded Independent Reading Log and given the opportunity to make corrections and turn back in for a better grade.
Wednesday: Today was Wednesday Workday in class. Students used their time to make corrections to their first Independent Reading Log, and catch up on their Independent Reading.
Thursday: The students were given their graded test back today. They will need to obtain a parent signature on the test and return it to class by Tuesday, Sept. 24. Students also began a new Reading Log for their Independent Reading Book today.
Friday: No school today.
