The students will take the Persuasive unit test on Monday of
this week, and the rest of the week is devoted to preparing to write our major
paper that answers the DBQ question from Social Studies, “How did the Nile
shape Ancient Egypt?” The last Writing Warm-Up
practice for this study packet will be completed this Wednesday, and the quiz
will be this Friday. I will hold an
after-school study session this Thursday from 3:30 to 4:00.
Since the 6th graders will be traveling to MSU on
Tuesday, November 26 to see a Lady Bears Basketball game, the due date for the
Independent Book Report Form has been moved up one day to Monday, November 25.
