Students will finish their career research posters on Tuesday.Then there is a change in plans for units of study.The next unit of study will be over Figurative Language instead of the book study for The City of Ember.The Figurative Language unit is a short unit where students will analyze poetic devices and the use of figurative language in poetry. They will be given a study guide for this new unit on Wednesday.

- Any students who would like to attend the Truman/Mark Twain Pizza Party with Ms. Price must have all four of their extra Book Report Forms in by this Friday, February 14
- All 3rd quarter Book Report forms are due no later than next Friday, February 21
