Students will finish their career research posters on Tuesday. Then there is a change in plans for units of study. The next unit of study will be over Figurative Language instead of the book study for The City of Ember. The Figurative Language unit is a short unit where students will analyze poetic devices and the use of figurative language in poetry. They will be given a study guide for this new unit on Wednesday.

- Career Research Team Posters in class - due to picture day today, the due date has been moved to the end of class tomorrow
- Any students who would like to attend the Truman/Mark Twain Pizza Party with Ms. Price must have all four of their extra Book Report Forms in by this Friday, February 14
- All 3rd quarter Book Report forms are due no later that next Friday, February 21
